General Terms and Conditions for participation in Vita Rama Health & Holistic Retreat:

Booking and Payment Process:

- To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit or full payment is required per adult guest aged 13 and above.

- Payment (deposit or full amount) must be settled within 5 working days post booking confirmation through the specified bank account details provided:

  Recipient: Reservation + Name and Surname

- We recommend timely confirmation of your reservation as availability is limited.

Payment and Check-in/Check-out Procedures:

- The remaining balance can be settled through bank transfer before arrival or in cash/card on the arrival date.

- Check-in starts after 15:00, while check-out is by 10:00 on the departure day.

- Various cards are accepted for payment including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Borica.

Cancellation Policy:

- Full refund (100%) is applicable for cancellations made 14 days before the arrival date at Vita Rama Health Retreat.

- Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival results in no refund; rescheduling is an option.

- Covid-19-related cancellations or travel restrictions follow similar refund policies.

- Vita Rama retains the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, providing rerouting or refund options.

Additional Conditions and Claims:

- Shared accommodation reservations occur only for 7 or 14-day periods.

- Young guests up to 13 years old are considered children.

- No refunds for early departure or missed days.

- Good conduct and adherence to hotel rules are expected from guests.

- Any material damage is the responsibility of the ones liable.

- Quality of service grievances are to be submitted in writing; a response is assured within 3 days.

- No liability for accidents involving children; parental responsibility is assumed.

- Serious health conditions are not accommodated.

- Special requests are considered based on availability and feasibility.

- No smoking policy upheld as per regulations.

- Pet visits are to be discussed beforehand.

- Price adjustments and promotions are communicated through various channels.

- Payment affirms agreement with the stated terms.
